Joseph Bisbee

With extensive experience in policy development, investigations, training, assessments, and legal issues, Joseph Bisbee is a leader in the field. Mr. Bisbee spent more than 25 years as a federal agent, specializing in addressing a multitude of issues surrounding legal and illegal firearms with both domestic and international law enforcement agencies. He is also one of the only individuals in the United States recognized as an expert in firearms trafficking in federal court.
Mr. Bisbee has also developed and implemented many training programs on a variety of firearms issues for both domestic and international audiences. A certified instructor, he has conducted numerous training events for various audiences on such topics as firearms investigations, firearms safety, reducing firearms related violent crime, and legal issues surrounding the acquisition, possession and disposition of firearms.
